A lovely handcrafted whale pendant with a raw blue Qld Sapphire eye. This is a one off pendant made using the sand casting technique. The rough QLD sapphire was placed inside the sand mould and liquid sterling silver was poured into the mould wrapping around the stone and holding it securely in place as the metal cooled. The silver has been given a high polish to accentuate the organic texture the sand casting leaves on the surface of the metal.
Dimensions 32mm x 15mm with a drop of 30mm from the handmade bale. Comes with a 50cm 925 chain.
