These standard palm stones are excellent for crystal healing and make it easy to carry your favourite crystal with you. These Palm stones are designed to fit into the palm of your hand and have a lovely tactile shape.
Palm stones can be used in many different ways but the two simplest methods are to either place the stone on the body part in need of healing or to hold the crystal whilst performing a healing action or meditating.
