Handcrafted Copper Bangle with Mountain Texture and Western Designs

A substantial handmade copper bangle featuring mountain texture and individually hand stamped western motifs, including a longhorn, cactus, horseshoe, eagle and cowgirl boots.

Handcrafted in my Pomona studio, this piece began with copper that was rolled to flatten it, then hammered to broaden the width. Repeated rolling and annealing gradually brought the metal into shape before the mountain texture and individual stamped designs were added.

Darkened details contrast with the warm polished copper, highlighting the patterns around the band. At 18g, it has a satisfying weight and looks lovely worn alone or stacked with other bangles.

Copper naturally develops a patina over time. To preserve the darkened designs, gently clean with a soft cloth and avoid abrasive polishing over the textured areas.
