Handmade Aquamarine Sterling Silver Ring sold

This all started from a person asking on the Pomona FB community page for a silversmith to possibly help; several previous customers kindly tagged me. Janine reached out, popped into Pomona Country Markets to show me the piece she had, and discussed her concept of what she wanted. We found out that the stone was actually glued into its original setting which is always tricky, and that the stone was in-fact repaired with glue as well. All these little red flags could mean once we tried to remove the original setting, the stone could literally fall apart. So with care and patience we soaked the setting and saw the setting off. Removed the glue and kept the integrity of the stone. 37.50ct. yippee now to make the ring to hold this big beauty.
