Vintage Italian Sterling Silver Reversible Herringbone Chain

A distinctive vintage Italian sterling silver herringbone chain featuring two beautifully different sides.

One side displays a defined overlapping pattern with bright polished edges, while the reverse has a finer textured finish. The contrasting surfaces catch the light differently, allowing the chain to be worn on either side.

The flat articulated construction gives the necklace its characteristic herringbone appearance and structured movement. At 76 cm long, it can be worn as an elegant long chain or layered with other necklaces.

This piece was purchased from a vintage jewellery auction approximately five years ago and has been carefully stored since.

Stamped 925 ITALY with an additional MR maker’s mark. The exact manufacturer has not been independently confirmed.
