Refund policy

We gladly accept returns & exchanges on TFD handmade items. Contact me within 14 days of delivery and return within 14 days of approval. I don't accept cancellations or changes of mind. Contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

• Estate, Vintage, and Antique items (see NOTE:)
• Custom or personalised orders;
• Sale items

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds also incur a 10% processing fee to cover the fees taken by Shopify to process the refund. If you have paid using AfterPay, your refund will incur a 20% processing fee to cover all fees. All refunds are processed in Australian Dollars.

PLEASE NOTE:
Our Estate - Vintage - Antique Collection is sold as-is. Check photos carefully; no returns or exchanges are available. Some items will display wear consistent with age and use. Gemstones have not been graded for colour and clarity and tested for clarity and colour enhancement unless stated otherwise. As with any vintage items, pieces may have some signs of wear, such as surface scratches, small chips, dings, or may have a patina that can easily be removed. Any medium to major damage, such as cracked stones or dents, will be noted in the description if known. It is the buyers' responsibility to view each image and preview the item to determine the condition.
