Shipping policy

TFD Jewellery ships Australia-wide from Queensland using tracked postal services. Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched as quickly as possible. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or charged according to the rates outlined below.

The buyer pays packing & shipping costs and any applicable taxes, duties, or fees for items originating from outside the buyer's home country. For buyers outside of Australia, the TFD team will provide an introduction to global parcel or white-glove shipping partners upon request.

We ship Australia-wide from Queensland using tracked postal services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or charged at the flat rates listed below.

A flat rate of $15.95 for all small items weighing less than 5kg in Australia only does not include any insurance. All insurance costs are to be paid by the purchaser.

TFD may, at its discretion and at the purchaser's request, package and arrange for delivery as directed by the purchaser. In such an event, the purchaser agrees that (a) all such packaging, handling, and delivery are at the sole risk of the purchaser and that TFD shall have no liability for any loss or damage to such items, and (b) the purchaser shall pay in advance, all packaging expenses, including labor, materials, carrier's fees and all insurance charges.
